My wife and I purchased 2 different homes with Javier over the years. The current house was not even on our radar since we didn’t think we could afford the area we purchased in with all the house and amenities we were looking for. Javier knew the area extremely well and took us to a builder he had experience working with that exceeded everything on our wish list at a price below what we thought.
